ProFloors was proud to partner with Batson-Cook on the North & Line project in Atlanta. Georgia. The wood-frame project is a five story, 228-unit, mixed-use, multi-family apartment complex with direct access to the ever-popular Atlanta Beltline. The apartments, which are across the street from the Old Fourth Ward Park, are built stop a three-level, cast-in-place concrete structured parking deck. Amenities include club room, fitness center, dog wash, bike storage with maintenance facility, swimming pool and restaurant, which also features direct access to the Atlanta Beltline.
