33 Story Highrise Tower in downtown Atlanta (Midtown) on 17th Street and Peachtree consists of 281 residential units and over 30,000 sf of amenity space. The project interiors designed by the EOA Group include co-working spaces, a fitness center and wellness lounge, an elevated covered terrace, along with a rooftop club and pool deck at the top of the tower.
