The partnership between USC and IBM, called center for Applied innovation, is now the innovation Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Located in the school’s innovate Research District, the 4-story, 110,000 SF facility is located in the heart of the USC campus at Blossom and Assembly Streets. This Class “A” multi-tenant office building was constructed by Freese Johnson for client Holder Properties.
