Roswell city walk is a part of downtown Roswell’s Groveway project, a community driven project to revitalize this historic district. This 318-unit, 6 building development provides a unique community and live/work space that enriches the pedestrian experience along historic Frazier and Norcross Street. Further, the project connects these historic streets through its own internal “main” street, which is anchored by an internal park area. City walk exhibits a style reminiscent of historic mill architecture typical of Piedmont Georgia, with a restrained materials palette of brick veneer mixed with board and batten which dovetails nicely into this historic overlay district.
